FLORENCE PLEASE SEE WEBSITE FOR FULL JOB DESCRIPTION Description The Family NP is a clinical role in the Primary Care department and reports to the Primary Care Director. This position is salaried, full-time or part-time, and on-site. The Family NP is responsible for providing exceptional adult and pediatric primary care to gender-diverse patients. Qualifications & Experience Advanced Practice Providers: Current licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a registered NP Master\'s Degree in Nursing Current certification as an NP in an appropriate specialty to care for patients across the lifespan 2 years of advanced practice experience preferred Able to abide by the by-laws, rules, regulations, and policies of the health center Able to accept consultations, committee and other assignments from the health center as requested Able to attend clinical staff meetings Be available for clinical coverage as needed, which may include occasional evenings, nights, and weekends Adhere to the profession\'s clinical standards and code of ethics Promote patient satisfaction Adhere to the standards, policies, and procedures of Transhealth Maintain Massachusetts licensure at the highest level of eligibility Maintain the standards and educational requirements specific to the position, licensure, credentials, professional growth, and development Participate on committees as needed and appropriate Maintain and update clinical knowledge and skills based on current health care practice/research Experience working with the LGBTQ+, and specifically, the transgender community is required Willingness to learn and use EPIC electronic health record, Slack, G-Suite, and other programs Behavioral Requirements Must be able to adhere and champion the values of Transhealth Able to understand and empathize with others Able to be compassionate at work, for colleagues and patients Able to be flexible, open-minded, conscientious and assumes positive intent Is team oriented and willing to do jobs that might be outside of typical scope of work Able to take accountability for their own actions and work for the betterment of Transhealth Comfortable in a start-up environment/culture that promotes ongoing change toward process improvement Excellent sense of humor Salary Description From \$115,000
