Position Overview:
The Site Manager Elder Services position is responsible for providing meals to congregate meal site participants. Maintain client meal registration, record keeping, maintaining site cleanliness, food portioning, packing and delivering home delivered meals, and assisting with special events and activities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Greet and serve clients and volunteers in a way that fosters a positive community dining experience
Complete initial assessments with new clients and forward to congregate site coordinator
Maintain accurate meal site reservation and any home delivery lists if applicable
Complete donation deposit forms, proper storage of donations and weekly bank deposits
Maintain daily meal temperature logs
Maintain supplies via completing monthly supply orders and forwarding to congregate site coordinator in a timely manner
Assist in guidance and recruitment of volunteers in areas including table setting; proper meal service, clean-up and delivery if needed
At the Council on Aging’s request, assist in the planning and implementation of social and educational events
Maintain Choke Saver, ServSafe , and Allergen training certifications
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Acceptable CORI check
Food service experience preferred
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Bilingual preferred
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times

Compensation:
A salary within the range of $20.43 to $27.64 per hour will be provided to the successful candidate having met the minimum requirements for the position consistent with the MOC compensation philosophy. The candidate’s exact placement will be determined based on factors consistent with MOC’s compensation framework. MOC offers a competitive benefits package including:
