    About This Opportunity

    Deliver meals to homebound clients. Manage home delivery route list. Provide client accountability.

    Key Responsibilities:

    · Deliver meals to homebound clients: Must be able to deliver home delivered meals to homebound clients in assigned area. Maintain cleanliness of assigned vehicle. Follow delivery procedures as defined in Driver Policy handbook.

    · Follow agency procedure as specified in the MOC Personnel Policy handbook: Report to designated locations on time. Keep accurate daily route list and bi-weekly time sheet. Attend monthly driver’s meetings.

    · Manage home delivery route list: Update clients’ information as needed. Refer any problems or changes in participants to your supervisor. Communicate any changes daily to office.

    · Sanitation: Follow EOEA sanitation guidelines for home delivered and congregate meals served. Report any temperature or sanitation concerns with supervisor.

    What You Bring:

    1. Must have valid MASS driver’s license.

    2. Must present neat and clean appearance and dress for weather conditions, be dependable.

    3. Must have accurate and punctual record keeping skills

    4. Must work well with elderly clients

    5. Must be capable of learning delivery routes.

    6. Must be capable of training other employees on route.

    7. Must be capable of handling emergencies.

    8. Must be able to maintain confidentiality regarding all clients.

    9. Must be able to lift equipment up to 50 pounds.

    10. Must have acceptable CORI check.

    11. Must have reliable transportation to designated location.

    12. Must have good verbal communication skills and ability to use cell phone provided.
