Description We are seeking an experienced litigation paralegal to join our client's family law practice. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of family law and court procedures, as well as experience in all aspects of litigation support. The litigation paralegal will assist attorneys in preparing for court hearings, trials, and appeals.

Responsibilities:

Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.

Prepare and respond to discovery requests, including requests for production, interrogatories, and requests for admission.

Organize and manage case files, including electronic and hard copies.

Review and analyze documents, including financial and medical records.

Assist with trial preparation, including preparation of exhibits, witness binders, and trial notebooks.

Attend court hearings and trials, take notes, and prepare summaries of court proceedings.

Coordinate and communicate with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel.

Schedule depositions, mediations, and other meetings.

Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda.

Assist with appeals, including preparation of appellate briefs and record on appeal.
