Full-time employees receive: Competitive Pay Generous PTO 13 paid holidays Medical, dental, vision and MORE Meeting Street is currently looking for a Registered Nurse in Early Intervention working 40 hours weekly. Duties: Uses approved instrument to provide developmental screening, assessment and evaluation for children birth to age three as part of a multidisciplinary team to determine eligibility. Actively includes family throughout the entire evaluation/assessment process and implementation of the IFSP. Works as member of the team to gather and organize information from multiple sources to plan an individualized evaluation/assessment and IFSP. Coordinates and maintains in partnership with the family consistent communication with EI team, medical and community contacts. Identifies and accesses resources that support IFSP outcomes and enhances natural learning opportunities. Organizes daily schedule to meet caseload requirements and uses indirect time appropriately. Understands complex medical issues including prematurity, NAS and makes appropriate referrals. Requirements: Licensed as a Registered Nurse by the Board of Nurse Registration and Nursing Education/MA Department of Health. Minimum of 1 year of experience working with infants, toddlers and families in an Early Childhood setting. Home visiting and/or case management experience within a multidisciplinary team preferred. Provisional Early Intervention certification and completion of CEIS portfolio within three years of hire. Valid pediatric CPR and First Aid certification.
