RectorSeal is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Manager to direct, develop and train maintenance staff at our injection molding/extrusion facility. The Industrial Maintenance Manager will work with the team to maintain and repair molding machines, extruders, grinders, chillers, temp controllers, conveyors, and custom equipment and automation. The work schedule for this leadership role is as follows: Monday -Thursday 7:30-4:30 and Friday 7:30-11:30, with occasional overtime, as needed.

The Industrial Maintenance Manager will provide leadership and technical support sitewide to ensure additional output is delivered safely, productively, and on time in accordance with our customer-focused core values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on motors, pumps, conveyor systems, and production machines.

  • Responsible for technical training/inducting staff and new recruits

  • Coordinate staff and contractor efforts to solve problems and optimize plant operation.

  • Participate/lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis

  • Identify parts, and consumables procurement need and prepare requisition/ POs for approval.

  • Understand technical drawings, documents, specifications

  • Maintain and improve safety control measures and improvement projects

  • Maintain and improve computerized maintenance management system (Fixx) for the facility

  • Develop, implement, and deploy maintenance practices that ensure optimal facility availability and reliability

  • Develop and administer OSHA/safety compliance training across departments to all employees throughout the facility

Preferred Experience:

  • Technical degree

Required Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • 8-years supervisory role in industrial maintenance.

  • Understanding of automated equipment and PLCs

  • Must possess strong electrical and trouble shooting skills

  • Leadership and development initiative

  • Experience working with Cross-functional teams

  • Ability to develop & deliver training

Work Environment:

Office: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to an office environment. Warehouse: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to a warehouse environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to use hands and fingers to type or dial, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, and reach with hands and arms.

The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. This position requires computer use. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Compensation:

RectorSeal has an effective process for assessing market data and establishing ranges to ensure we remain competitive. You are paid within the salary range based on your experience and market position. The target salary range for this exempt opportunity is: $90,000 - $110,000.

Employees may be eligible for pay incentives based on overall corporate and individual performance or at the discretion of the CSWI Board of Directors.
