Bachelor\'s degree Demonstrated experience in human resource management in a school system or a people-centered organization; Practices excellent organizational and communication skills; with a customer service focus, Demonstrated skills in Microsoft Office, SIS, Payroll and/or other HR related software; Demonstrated skills in Social Media- marketing and development of creative content for recruitment Experience managing complex projects and multi-tasking in a time-sensitive work environment; Strong background and familiarity with HR protocols and regulations; Ability to research, analyze, and compile relevant information from a variety of sources Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality in personnel matters; Experienced with social media and a range of internet resources and applications Understands the role and importance of Human Capital; Responsibilities Job Description: This position functions as a support for the Human Resource Department and also monitors and collects data on aspects of human Capital performance including attendance, evaluation rates and other relevant data This position will act as a point of contact for the software applications and systems used by school staff in those areas This role will also work on typical Human Resource functions, as well as creating and using social media applications as it relates to our Human CapitalOrganizes, coordinates and monitors records for the educator evaluation process per the negotiated contracts and as required for the district or Department of Elementary and Secondary Education Creates reports that monitor and track the critical timelines in the evaluation process for employees according to required evaluation cycles Maintains and communicates offerings, calendars, and resources for professional development and growth opportunities in order to continually grow a pool of talented internal prospects Enter and maintain personnel data and documentation in appropriate databases; Coordinate training for the application software, maintains a pool of prospective candidates for the district; Coordinates resources for recruiting qualified staff - including the posting, advertising, and hiring process for any vacancy through a variety of strategies and media; Maintain and updates a database and reference library of all approved job descriptions in the system; Coordinates and verifies funding sources for vacancies with the Finance department as needed Coordinates the access, maintenance and retention for records according to required protocol Support District Administration with the appropriate review of all applicant credentials, licenses, references, and prior employment history; Organize all appropriate employee leave and absence requests for approval by the Director of Human Resources and/or the Superintendent; records and documents appropriately
