Description We are offering a contract opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk in Fall River, Massachusetts, United States. As part of our team, the Data Entry Clerk will be primarily responsible for accurately counting and inventorying parts, as well as entering this data into an iPad. This role is critical to maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our operations.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately count and inventory bus parts as part of daily duties

• Enter counted numbers into an iPad with precision and attention to detail

• Ensure all data entered is accurate and up-to-date

• Handle any discrepancies or issues with the inventory counts promptly and professionally

• Utilize skills in data entry and calculations to maintain accurate inventory records

• Use email correspondence as a means of communication and record keeping

• Participate in annual inventory processes, ensuring all counts are accurate and timely

• Utilize the iPad for all data entry and inventory-related tasks

• Ensure all tasks are completed with a high level of attention to detail

• Work independently, ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely manner. Requirements • Proficiency in data entry skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

• Demonstrated ability to correspond professionally via email

• Proficient in performing calculations and maintaining accuracy in numerical data

• Experience in annual inventory management

• Comfortable using an iPad for data input and communication

• Good organizational and multitasking abilities

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure

• High school diploma or equivalent education level

• Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines.
