Service Desk Tech II – $23.00/hour

Monday - Friday regular office hours

What will you be doing?
Answering phone and email-based service requests from internal and remote associates regarding end user incidents
Providing effective service in accordance with SLA
Utilizing ticket tracking systems such as Magic or Remedy
Recording, tracking and documenting steps taken in the problem-solving process.
What do you bring?
Positive, can-do attitude
3 years of Service Desk technical support experience
Superior customer service skills
Experience with ticket tracking systems
Familiarity with Lotus Notes is helpful
