General Scope & Summary
SAGE Therapeutics is searching for a creative, resourceful, integrative thinker for a highly visible role that is responsible for providing administrative support to all aspects of Talent Acquisition including candidate experience and Talent Acquisition program management. We are looking for an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition (TA) Coordinator to be an integral part of our team. As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator you will work closely with our People & Experience team, hiring leaders, Recruiters, and candidates to make a measurable impact on Sage’s mission.
Roles & Responsibilities
Support 2-3 recruiters with day to day scheduling, candidate care and communications
Schedule phone, video and in-person interviews with candidates, while creating an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Book candidate travel arrangements (flights, hotels)
Proofread & post job descriptions on career websites, professional groups and college sites
Prepare new hire paperwork ensuring requirements are met
Maintain records; Generate reports pertaining to applicant flow, interviews conducted and staffing.
Supports coordination of recruitment projects and related services to supervisors, hiring managers, recruitment team members, and others Support Recruiters by creating and sending offer letters and associated documents.
Initiate and monitor pre-employment background and reference checks
Work with HR Operations to provide onboarding support
Provide support to recruiting team in other capacities as needed
- Associates degree required
One (1) or more years experience in a Human Resources field with emphasis on Recruitment
Advanced knowledge/experience with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint required
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and complete projects with attention to detail and a sense of urgency in a fast paced and ever-changing environment
Experience coordinating interviews for both local or remote office locations
Experience working with all levels of management and consulting with key business stakeholders. Ability to influence for greater outcomes.
Strong team player that has a customer service approach and is solution oriented
Detail oriented with the ability to work individually, within a multi-disciplinary team, as well as with external partners and vendors
Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills.
