Sage Therapeutics LMS Administrator, Quality Systems Training Consultant in EMAIL: Workday@Sagerx.com, Massachusetts

General Scope and Summary

Sage Therapeutics is searching for a creative, resourceful, integrative thinker for a role as an LMS Administrator Consultant. The successful candidate will work as part of the Training team in Quality Systems to produce and improve curricula, administration, and LMS business processes.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders to assess GxP training needs and develop curricula.

  • Ensure compliant documentation of GxP training processes.

  • Maintain Compliance Wire and create efficiencies to automate notifications, reports, and metrics.

  • Drive continuous improvement to support personnel qualification to ensure regulatory expectations are met.

  • Support Quality initiatives to enhance the training function and training compliance.

  • Provide support for Inspection Readiness programs.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience, Education and Specialized Knowledge and Skills

Must have excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to develop important relationships with key stakeholders, good conflict management and negotiation skills, and the ability to identify issues and raise to key stakeholders in order to develop relevant and realistic plans, programs, and recommendations. Must have a demonstrated ability to translate strategy into action, excellent analytical skills, and an ability to communicate complex issues in a simple way and to orchestrate plans to resolve issues and mitigate risks.

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of administrator experience using Compliance Wire LMS.

  • Outstanding communication skills (interpersonal, verbal, and written) and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Training/LMS administration experience in the pharma industry.

  • Experience generating LMS reports for Regulatory Inspections.

  • Experience developing computer-based training (e.g. Articulate Storyline).

  • Knowledgeable in GxP regulations.

  • Experience building relationships and working with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Expertise with MS Office and Adobe products (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, and Acrobat Pro).

  • Experience with working in an electronic Document Management System.

  • Detail oriented and self-motivated.
