Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We’re seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead our talented team and drive operational excellence at our Martha's Vineyard, MA location. What You’ll Do:

As our General Manager, you will provide visionary leadership and strategic management to ensure we achieve exceptional operational outcomes that align with our long-term goals. You’ll coach, mentor, and empower our team of high-performing professionals to be efficient, productive, and effective. With extensive residential HVAC experience, you’ll leverage your unique blend of business acumen and industry expertise to foster a culture of excellence.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 10 years of verifiable full-time management experience in residential HVAC, with a minimum of 5 years in operations management.

  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of residential HVAC methods, techniques, systems, and codes.

  • Education: A professional degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred but not required.

  • Growth Mindset: A passion for continuous improvement and a desire to embrace challenges.

  • Leadership: Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams.

  • Flexibility: Willingness to take on tasks of any size with a can-do attitude.

  • Requirements: Valid Driver's License and ability to pass a pre-employment background check.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Overseeing daily operations, collaborating with the executive leadership team, and ensuring seamless communication across sales, finance, and field operations.

  • Championing the successful execution of all HVAC services while maintaining budget accountability.

  • Mentoring and guiding the operations team through recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management.

  • Driving the development and continuous improvement of management practices and protocols.

  • Partnering with Ownership to develop long- and short-term growth strategies.

  • Fostering a safety-first culture, ensuring quality and profitability align with company objectives.

  • Providing timely reports on the company’s operating condition to Ownership.

  • Acting as a strategic partner within the leadership team, bridging sales, service, installation, and operations departments.

  • Promoting an accountable, success-oriented environment throughout the company.
