BankESB Digital Marketing Data Specialist in EASTHAMPTON, Massachusetts

EASTHAMPTON Digital Marketing Data Specialist OVERVIEW: bankESB and its parent company, Hometown Financial Group, is seeking a digital marketing data specialist. The digital marketing data specialist is responsible for collecting, analyzing, interpreting customer and market data to support recommended marketing strategies. Measures the results of campaigns and initiatives to evaluate effectiveness and provides hands-on tactical and analytical support for all online and digital marketing initiatives, cross-sell programs, and direct mail campaigns, and recommends actionable results under the direction of the digital marketing officer. PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: Marketing Analytics Platform Management Create marketing reports through Fusion Analytics (marketing analytics platform) to identify marketing opportunities and evaluate results of direct marketing efforts. Develop and share branch-level reporting; recommend tactics, programs, and strategies to increase services per household and increase share of wallet with existing customers. Work with business intelligence and projects teams to maintain and ensure data accuracy and integrity, define new products, and troubleshoot questions as needed. Recommend new strategies to improve results and increase channel usage. Develop campaign-based and annual executive level reporting and summaries to share results and measure success. Develop dashboards to report on key performance indicators (KPIs). Look for ways the data can inform marketing strategy, optimize marketing campaigns, and drive actionable results. Digital Platform Data Reporting Provide regular reporting for Hometown Financial Group websites (four total through Google Analytics) on online account opening across Hometown Financial Group Banks, and email campaigns. Utilize data visualization tools to create clear and concise dashboards and presentations for digital platforms, email campaigns, websites and other applications as needed. Cross-Sell Program Management Oversee and mange cross-sell program across Hometown Financial Group banks. Identify cross-sell opportunities and make recommendations on next best and complementary products. Use reports to create customer lists for campaigns. Coordinate the development and execution of marketing materials for cross-sell campaigns, including eBlasts and direct mail. Track and analyze results of cross-sell campaigns and utilize data visualization tools to create clear and concise dashboards and presentations. Direct Mail Campaign Management Oversee and manage direct mail campaigns across Hometown Financial Group banks. Identify target audiences for mailings and coordinate the development of and creation of mailing materials, including letters and postcards. Serve as point of contact with mail houses and printers and work with third parties to deliver mailing lists, art files and letters, review proofs, and execute mailings. Track and analyze results of mail campaigns including KPIs and utilize data visualization tools to create clear and concise dashboards and presentations. POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor\'s Degree in business, marketing, or related field. Prior banking experience preferred but not required. Minimum 2-3 years of marketing data analytics experience, data-driven marketing skillset. Database analysis and development preferred. Experience with marketing analytics platform (MCIF) preferred. Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills. Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and report-writing.
