Overview:
The Customer Construction Coordinator works directly with the project management team to ensure that construction work is performed in accordance with customer specifications. The Customer Construction Coordinator will report on the status of construction projects and serve as the primary point of contact for customer, vendors, project personnel, local and state government agencies and utility companies.
Responsibilities:
Work with other departments to coordinate projects to ensure that all operations are completed in accordance with customer and industry specifications
Coordinate construction efforts with Supervisor for project completion by predetermined deadlines including site access scheduling
Interacts with customer representatives regarding project status/completion, and resolve conflicts when necessary.
Ensure compliance with customer contract terms and conditions.
Monitors and processes invoices and tracks expenses.
Maintains files and logs in accordance with established procedures.
Prepares and submits monthly reports.
Resolve complaints with property owners in areas where our personnel are working
Reviews daily work sheets from the field/subcontractors and updates tracking report
Other duties as assigned by Management
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service skills
Must have strong computer skills
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Good decision making, analytical, and problem solving abilities.
Strong communication and writing skills with the ability to clearly explain issues.
Must have a valid driver’s license
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Must be able to pass drug and background screening
Must be a dependable self-starter, able to work unsupervised in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
Must have high school diploma or equivalent
Must have a valid driver’s license

Must be able to pass drug, background & MVR screenings
