ABOUT YOU
As a temporary Leave & Accommodation Assistant, you are a detail-oriented professional with a willingness to learn and adapt, possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Helping to support our leave and accommodation function through at least 2024, you efficiently assist with processing employee leave and accommodation requests and coordinating receipt of required information. You provide top-notch support to both employees and managers by timely responding to questions, while ensuring regulatory adherence and maintaining strict confidentiality. Your dedication to compliance and teamwork aligns with Massport's mission to support employee well-being and a seamless leave management process that contributes to the organization's overall success.
What you will do:
Assist in administration of leaves and accommodations, ensuring regulatory compliance and consistency.
Run and review reports that identify areas of follow-up for Manager, Leaves & Accommodations.
Manage accommodation requests and status updates, review medical documentation, and communicate decisions to employees and managers.
Provide support to employees and managers, responding to their inquiries, and advising on regulatory requirements while upholding strict confidentiality.
WHAT YOU OFFER
Bachelor’s degree.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Desire to learn, with excellent organizational and communication skills.
