ABOUT YOU
As a Deputy Director of Roadway Management, you are a forward-thinking leader with a passion for solving complex transportation challenges and driving innovation. You excel at building strong relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders, using your technical expertise and data-driven insights to ensure safe, efficient, and sustainable roadway operations. With a proactive approach and a commitment to continuous improvement, you thrive under pressure, making strategic decisions that balance daily coordination with long-term modernization. Your ability to embrace emerging technologies and coordinate seamlessly across departments positions you to lead transformative solutions that enhance the experience for all who travel through Logan Airport.
What you will do:
Manage and oversee daily roadway operations at Logan Airport, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of passengers and vehicles.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to plan and implement roadway projects and improvements.
Monitor and analyze roadway conditions using data to optimize planning and recommend technological enhancements.
Provide planning and policy guidance, advancing innovation and advising on best practices to improve overall roadway flow.
WHAT YOU OFFER
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
10+ years of experience in roadway engineering or traffic management, with at least three years in project/program management.
Strong relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
Experience with sustainable planning and reading roadway design and construction drawings, aligned with Net Zero goals.
