Job Summary

Take your Food & Beverage leadership career to new heights!

Eurest is seeking a passionate hospitality professional to join the Delta Sky Club team (BOS airport). The Assistant Manager supervises the daily front of house sky club operations, adhering to Delta's culture and guidelines, the Health Department’s regulations, and our company's standards and expectations of food quality, freshness and presentation. The Assistant Manager motivates, trains, develops and directs all staff to accomplish the goals and objectives of the operation to the satisfaction of the customers. You will solve problems professionally, rapidly and fairly while maintaining a positive working relationship with client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Food Program oversight

• Supervision and staff development

• Financial Management and Analysis

• Overall management of daily operations

Preferred Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years food service operation supervision experience

• Able to speak clearly and listen attentively to staff, peers, supervisors, guests and client

• Computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point

• Strong passion for great food and exceptional guest service

• General culinary knowledge of basic kitchen practices, protocols and procedures

• Ability to follow all Company Health & safety standards

• Must be open to working days/nights/weekends, per Sky Club operating hours
