Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Receptionist in the Real Estate Property/Facilities Mgt industry, based in Dorchester, Massachusetts. This role will mainly involve handling front desk duties and answering calls. You'll be a part of a dynamic team and your main role will be to provide support and assistance to customers, ensuring smooth operations of the front desk.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the front desk, ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.

• Answer incoming calls, providing accurate information and redirecting calls as necessary.

• Assist customers with their queries and provide them with relevant information.

• Handle switchboard and manage phone lines effectively.

• Process and manage work orders as required.

• Maintain a professional and organized reception area.

• Act as the first point of contact for visitors and clients.

• Ensure all receptionist duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to the company's privacy policy.

• Perform other related duties as assigned. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role within the Real Estate Property/Facilities Management industry

• Proficiency in managing switchboard phones with 1-10 lines

• Experience in handling work orders effectively

• Proven track record in assisting customers with queries and concerns

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required

• Knowledge of property management software would be an advantage.
