Proven experience leading IT Transformation Project specifically in a call center environment, and simplifying the team member experience while servicing the customers.
Experience in Contact Center Solutions, specifically around Portals and applications as part of a project to re-design the Servicing Platform for the Contact Center.
Experience driving the transformation/overhaul of a contact/ call center to newer technologies.
Extensive upgrade/migration experience of a contact center. Ability to come up with the strategy of what needs to be done and in what order (not someone who is just a doer – someone with experience at a higher level).
Strong analytical skills.
Financial services/banking experience is a plus.
