Description

We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk in Dorchester, Massachusetts, United States. This role involves managing accounts payable in a dynamic industry, where you will be tasked with reconciling accounts, processing checks, coding invoices, and maintaining accurate data entries.

Responsibilities:

• Handle the processing of invoices and ensure they are appropriately coded

• Carry out account reconciliations accurately and efficiently

• Manage the running of checks and maintain accurate records

• Resolve customer inquiries pertaining to accounts payable

• Maintain accurate records of customer credit applications

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action based on account status

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Dynamics CRM for data entry and invoice processing

• Ensure all customer information is updated and accurate in the system

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations within the department.

Requirements • Proficient in Account Reconciliation and Accounts Payable (AP) operations

• Experience in Check Runs and Coding Invoices

• Strong Data Entry skills

• Expertise in Invoice Processing

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Dynamics CRM

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work in a team environment

• High level of integrity and trustworthiness
