Job Title: Clean Room Assembler

Job Description

Candidates will be working in a cleanroom environment and will be responsible for building, cleaning, and packing single-use assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Work in a cleanroom environment to build, clean, and pack single-use assemblies.

• Follow cleanroom protocols and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) to maintain an ISO Class 7 environment.

• Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPEs) and report all near-miss and first-aid events.

• Actively participate in the continuous improvement process and adhere to appropriate change control procedures.

• Escalate potential process and/or product deviations to prevent scrap, rework, and customer returns.

Essential Skills

• 1-2 years of cleanroom experience

• Experience in assembly, production, and medical device manufacturing

• Proficiency with hand tools and inspection processes

• High School Diploma or GED

• Ability to follow work instructions and cleanroom protocols

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in medical assembly and general production

Work Environment

Work in a cleanroom environment with shifts available: 1st: Mon-Thurs 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM 2nd: Mon-Thurs 3:45 PM - 2:15 AM 3rd: Fri-Sun 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM

This is a Contract position based out of Devens, Massachusetts.
