Cooks, Restaurant: Burell Restaurant Corporation dba Swan River Restaurant and Fish Market located in Dennis Port, on Cape Cod, MA in Barnstable County: Temporary, Full-time, 05/01/2025-10/10/2025, at least 35 hours p/week, 5-6 days per week, days and shifts may vary; 12pm-6pm and/or 2pm-9pm. (8) Openings. Will train to prepare, season, and cook soups, meats, poultry, seafood, vegetables, desserts, and other food items in a restaurant to the specifications of the chef. Also responsible for cleaning and maintaining sanitation of kitchen and equipment. \$19.52 p/hour or \$29.28 p/hour for overtime as it may be available. No education or prior work experience is required. On the job training is provided. Transportation (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost to workers reimbursed, if the worker completes half the employment period. Return transportation will provided if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of \$15.88 p/day during travel to a maximum of \$59 p/day with receipts. The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. Employer will use a single work week for computing wages starting Sunday at 12:01 am and ending Saturday at 11:59 pm and the employee will be paid on Friday (weekly) by company check. H-2B workers will be provided with reimbursement by company check during the first workweek for visa, visa processing and related costs, except passport costs. All deductions required by law will be deducted weekly. Lodging may be available through employer. If housing is provided by employer, employee cost for housing is \$150.00 p/week and is deducted from employees paycheck each pay period. Housing is optional. No transportation is provided to worksite.
