We have an exciting opportunity to join MindWise Innovations as a Behavioral Health Trainer!
MindWise Innovations equips schools, workplaces, colleges, and communities with tools to help them address behavioral health issues, substance use, and suicide risk – enabling their members to live healthier lives.
In this remarkable relief role, the Behavioral Health Trainer is responsible for providing behavioral health consulting and trainings such as Behavioral Health Literacy 101 and Town Halls. This position involves delivering content to MindWise Innovation clients focused on conversations about mental health and substance misuse in an accessible non-jargon fashion. The method of instruction includes webinars, Town Halls, CEO/Executive group discussion, leading and debriefing group activities and providing feedback and consultation to participants.
The Behavioral Health Trainer delivers trainings/discussions often independently (without co-facilitation) as outlined in the client contract. The format can be held either virtually or in-person and will vary based on what’s been agreed upon with the client in advance.
Flexible per diem / relief hours available; availability to deliver trainings during regular weekday hours

Demonstrated presentation and facilitation skills
Ability to utilize PowerPoint presentations, stream video content, and troubleshoot tech challenges in remote training locations
Ability to communicate effectively with school administrators, mental health staff, corporate clients at various levels, and partners
Ability to function independently, as well as part of a team
Must be comfortable facilitating conversations virtually
Master’s Degree required with a clinical background in behavioral health required
Minimum 2 years of experience working in the behavioral health field. Experience with corporate clients or schools preferred
