Our client is seeking a Technical Writer to join their team. As a Technical Writer, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting the Complaint Engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and a keen attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Technical Writer

Location: Danvers, MA

Pay Rate: $26/hr.

What's the Job?

• Crisp articulation of product defects, investigations, root causes, and corrective actions.

• Draft response letters to customers for common complaint defects using compiled information.

• Summarize lab investigations, root causes, and corrective actions into final customer-facing letters.

• Perform hands-on analysis of returned customer complaints, including leak testing and visual analysis.

• Collaborate with the Complaint Engineering team to resolve customer complaints through investigations and root cause analysis.

What's Needed?

• Technical writing experience (1+ years preferred).

• Undergraduate degree in biology or chemistry discipline preferred.

• Previous lab experience is a plus.

• Fluency in English and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong computer skills and general technical acumen.
