Our client is seeking a Technical Writer to join their team. As a Technical Writer, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting the Complaint Engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and a keen attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Technical Writer
Location: Danvers, MA
Pay Rate: $26/hr.
What's the Job?
Crisp articulation of product defects, investigations, root causes, and corrective actions.
Draft response letters to customers for common complaint defects using compiled information.
Summarize lab investigations, root causes, and corrective actions into final customer-facing letters.
Perform hands-on analysis of returned customer complaints, including leak testing and visual analysis.
Collaborate with the Complaint Engineering team to resolve customer complaints through investigations and root cause analysis.
What's Needed?
Technical writing experience (1+ years preferred).
Undergraduate degree in biology or chemistry discipline preferred.
Previous lab experience is a plus.
Fluency in English and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong computer skills and general technical acumen.
