Opportunity Details

• 4 Day Clinical Work Week (32 clinical care hours, 8 administrative)

• Epic EMR

• Team Based Care

• 3 MDs, 5 APPs as well as RN, LPNs and MAs

• Behavioral Health Specialist onsite

• Lab onsite
