Description
Eliot's seeking a Master level or licensed Clinician to join the Eliot clinical leadership team. The ideal candidate will have 2 yrs experience in a mental health agency, including supervisory responsibilities. Experience with specialized populations, co-occurring disorders, DBT, Risk Mitigation/assessments and Problematic Sexual Behaviors and Evidence Based Practices is prefered.

Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the day to day operation and overall service delivery of assigned residential program.
Coordinate and oversee all case management related services for consumers in the program.
Provide clinical guidance and support in developing interventions and supervision of direct care staff.
Teach and model clinical interventions as part of supervision to assist staff members in providing interventions.
Oversee the development of the Comprehensive Assessment and IAP’s (Individualized Action Plans)
Continuously assess training needs of staff and provide ongoing training to staff members related to observations
Schedule: 8am-4pm Monday - Friday; with on-call responsibilities.
