Job Title: Clean Room Assembler

Job Description

We're on the hunt for a dedicated and meticulous Clean Room Assembler to join our team. The successful candidate will be tasked with the assembly of high-quality medical devices within a controlled, clean, sterile, and medical-grade manufacturing area. Your day-to-day duties will include processing polymer materials, assembling plastic and metal components into medical devices, and performing in-process quality checks. You'll also be responsible for maintaining clean room integrity, adhering to safety rules, and keeping accurate records related to quality, work in progress, and test results. Part of your role will also involve working closely with engineers and technicians to resolve line issues and suggest improvements.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 11 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Danvers, Massachusetts.

Work Environment

This role is situated within the medical device industry, in a professional and clean-cut environment. Expect a business casual dress code and a flexible start time. Please note that due to the clean room environment, no jewelry, make-up, perfumes, or colognes are allowed. Our first shift runs from 7am-3:30pm, and the second shift runs from 3:30pm-12:00am. We offer a comprehensive 5-7 week training period for all new hires.
