Location: Cummington, MA Position Overview: As an LPN at Swift River, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals battling addiction and mental health challenges on their path to recovery. You will work in a collaborative environment, utilizing evidence-based therapies and cutting-edge digital tools to make a meaningful impact on our patients\' recovery journeys. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct admission assessments and withdrawal evaluations. - Administer medications and monitor their effectiveness. - Provide education and support to patients and their families. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans. - Foster a safe and therapeutic environment for patients. Qualifications: - Current and valid Massachusetts LPN license. - Passion for helping individuals on their journey to recovery. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. - Compassion, empathy, and a commitment to making a positive impact.
