Location: Cummington, MA Job Responsibilities: - Provide direct care and support to individuals with mental health challenges. - Implement therapeutic interventions as directed by the treatment team. - Assist in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans. - Monitor and document client behavior, progress, and incidents. - Foster a safe and supportive environment for clients. - Collaborate with the multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure coordinated care. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor\'s degree in a related field is a plus. - Previous experience in a behavioral health or similar setting. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. - Empathy, compassion, and a genuine desire to help individuals facing mental health challenges. - Willingness to work shifts with a shift differential.
