Partnership Employment Office Assistant/Payroll in Concord, Massachusetts
Job Description: Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting your community? Our local community instituition is seeking a part-time Office Assistant to work 15 flexible hours per week. Responsibilities Include: *Maintaining department and personnel files with accuracy and timeliness. *Handling accounts receivable and accounts payables, including procurement processes and financial reconciliations. *Supporting preparation of financial and personnel reports. *Processing payroll *Reconciling payment kiosks and managing bank deposits. *Assisting with office supplies management and biweekly payroll processing. *Opening and distributing mail and other communications. *Assisting in planning and attending special events as needed. Job Requirements: *Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. *Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. *Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. *Proficiency in basic accounting and financial procedures (training provided).
