The Eliot Center is seeking a Master's level Clinician (license eligible) to provide treatment services to children, families, and adults through a contract with the Town of Concord. Position is responsible for triaging referrals, providing an array of trauma informed & strengths-based treatment services, collaborating with Town Departments, schools & other collaterals. Position is based at Eliot's outpatient clinic in Concord & requires some flexibility in scheduling to meet the needs of the population. Ideal candidate has the ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Experience with diverse populations and a range of mental health issues.
Responsibilities:
Triage referrals and provide diagnostic evaluations and treatment services to children, families, and adults using evidenced based treatment modalities.
Create safety plans when indicated and provide crisis intervention services.
Provide both in person and virtual appointments to accommodate diverse needs.
Collaborate and coordinate care with town agencies and other collaterals.
Maintain a caseload that meets Clinic productivity expectations.
Qualifications:
License eligible Masters degree
Driver's license and vehicle
Salary: Starting at 70k. Experience and license considered.
Location: Concord, MA. Travel locally if needed.
Schedule: Monday- Friday, 40 hours per week, some flexibility to work evenings.
6% bilingual salary increase if fluent in the needed language capacity.
