Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Application Engineer in Concord, Massachusetts. The role revolves around supporting our sales team by providing technical expertise and troubleshooting assistance to our customers. You will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving business growth across our customer base.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to our sales team and customers, utilizing your understanding of our pyrometer technology and its applications across various industries.

• Diagnose and resolve technical problems and application issues for our customers, ensuring their needs are met and solutions are provided.

• Foster strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

• Contribute to the development of new applications through data collection and field testing, bringing innovation to our product offerings.

• Actively engage with current and potential customers to understand their needs and provide solutions, driving customer satisfaction and business growth.

• Manage and complete field calibration services to meet customer needs and identify new business opportunities, ensuring our services are top-tier and customer-centric.

Requirements • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role such as Application Engineer

• Possess strong skills in customer service, demonstrating a commitment to providing excellent service to all stakeholders

• Ability to perform basic troubleshooting, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner

• Experience in application support, ensuring the smooth running and maintenance of key software applications

• Proven expertise in application development, demonstrating a knack for creating efficient solutions

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and principles, ideally within a relevant industry

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is highly desirable
