Recreation Specialist Responsibilities: Reports to the Recreation/Extended Studies Supervisor. Responsible for the administration and monitoring of students engaged in recreation and leisure learning programs and activities, including center-sponsored activities and events on-center and off-center in compliance with Department of Labor (DOL) and management directives. Requirements: Associate of Arts degree in recreation, physical education or one-year related experience. Experience with youth, excellent written and verbal communication skills and computer proficiency required. Valid driver\'s license with an acceptable driving record, unless waived by management. Commercial Driver?s License (CDL) with acceptable record unless waived by management.. First Aid/CPR/AED certificate preferred.
