Production Worker

Job Description

In this role, you will receive comprehensive training from our team to ensure your success. You will be responsible for tasks such as gathering and moving materials to and from the production line, gathering finished products and ensuring their quality, continuously training and understanding the manufacturing process, and monitoring machine operations. You will work collaboratively with a team of 3-4 experienced individuals, learning to perform daily manufacturing roles.

Essential Skills

  • Experience working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment

  • Experience working a 2nd or 3rd shift

  • Ability to be a team player with strong collaboration skills

  • Must have a High School Diploma

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience working off a work order

  • Experience in any industrial environment

  • Machine operating experience can warrant higher pay rates and higher positions

Work Environment

The work environment includes 2nd shift hours from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm (M-F) with a differential of $1.40, and 3rd shift hours from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am (M-F) with a differential of $2.00. The base pay for Utility Helper is $17.53, with 2nd shift at $18.93 and 3rd shift at $19.53. The base pay for Assistant Operator is $19.52, with 2nd shift at $20.92 and 3rd shift at $21.52.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Holyoke, Massachusetts.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.93 - $19.53/hr.
