Clinical Director Job Category: Professional Requisition Number: CLINI005472 Full-Time Salary: \$75,000 USD per year Goodwin House Chicopee, MA 01013, USA Job Details Description Goodwin House is a 90-day co-occurring enhanced residential recovery program for adolescent males 13-17. As with all of CHD\'s programs and services we focus on each unique individual and their path to sustaining recovery. We engage youth in recovery with both peer and community activities. Assisting youth to maintain their sobriety, addressing their mental health needs, achieve and maintain education through their participating in evidence- based programming includes: Assessments Individual, Family and Group therapy Psycho-Educational Groups; Relapse Prevention, 12 Steps, etc. Recovery School Vocational/ Employment Search Recovery Meetings Aftercare Services & Resources Personalized Treatment Planning The Clinical Director is responsible for the oversight and supervision of all clinical and treatment services for the youth while in Goodwin House. Duties include the development and implementation of individual and group therapy, family therapy, creation of comprehensive treatment plans, discharging planning, community support coordination and collaboration, facilitating staff trainings, and crisis intervention. On call responsibility and duties Requirements: Master\'s Degree in related field: LMHC, LICSW, LMFT LADC or CADC preferred. Significant knowledge on co-occurring enhanced disorders 5 years\' experience in clinical treatment positions Experienced in a residential treatment setting. Familiarity with DCF, DYS, DMH, BSAS, DPH Supervisory experience Qualifications Education Required Masters or better.
