As the short-term contract / temporary Project Assistant, you will work in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts.
What you get to do every day
Helping maintain project deliverable schedules by organizing team meetings and communication per project specifications to support Project Managers
Making travel arrangements and finding accommodations for training seminars, conferences and additional project-related events
Taking minutes at meetings and maintaining records of assignments and progress
Researching information online
Analyzing information, preparing reports, proofreading and editing documents, and developing presentations
Support project teams by providing administrative, technical and clerical support
Requesting further information for documents that are deemed incomplete
Managing the distribution of project information to key partners
Requirements - Past experience with Microsoft Project, JIRA, Mavenlink, and NetSuite
- Demonstrated abilities with the Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Understanding of database and file management
Be creative, adaptive, and eager to learn new technical skill sets
Excellent attention to detail
Be able to prioritize workload and perform in a fast-paced and challenging environment
3+ years in a business/office setting required
All applicants must hold a high school diploma or its equivalent, though a BA/BS degree in business, communications, or related field is preferred
Solid understanding of Calendar Management
Expertise in Calendar Management
Microsoft Office experience
Strong familiarity with Administrative Assistance
