Whitney's Farm Stand Landscape Operating Field Supervisor in Cheshire, Massachusetts
Starting Wage \$22.00 to \$25.00 per hour We are looking for a full-time detail-oriented working Landscape Operating Field Supervisor to join our team at Whitney\'s Farm in Cheshire, MA. This person will follow the direction provided by our project manager and will complete high quality installations of projects for our clients. The work week will primarily consist on Monday through Friday. Requirements: - Must have a Hoisting License/DOT Medical Card - Preferred Landscaping Knowledge - Run light Excavation Equipment - Detail oriented and able to track personnel, material and equipment - Ability to lead, teach and motivate a crew - Ability to communicate with the Project Manger to ensure a smooth work process - Able to meet deadlines and problem solve - Quality Driven - Must be able to communicate with clients in a professional manner - Must have a valid driver\'s license - Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. - Must be punctual - Must have reliable transportation Benefits: - Dental Insurance - Simple IRA with a 3% match - Company discount - Company Cell Phone - Paid Time Off
