$47-50/hr locally (depending on expirince)

Duration

13 weeks, potentially 26 (possibility of extension)

Schedule

· 32 or 40 hours per week

· EOW required. Can submit for weekends only as well.

· 5 8s, 2nd shift or 3rd shift (doubles upon request)

Contract Requirements

· Strong skilled nursing experience

· Dementia Training

· Weekends are required (either every other or every weekend)

· TB (2step), Titers, BLS

· MA license
