Onsite position located in Chelmsford, MA or Greensboro, NC Project Manager for Connectivity Components Business Unit The Connectivity & Sensors Group (CSG) is a leading global supplier of connectivity systems and components, including Ultra-Wideband, Bluetooth, Matter, Wi-Fi, cellular IoT and MEMS sensors. Markets for CSG include smart home, automotive connectivity, industrial automation, smartphones, wearables, gaming and other high-growth IoT connectivity market segments. We are recruiting for a Project Manager (PM) within Qorvos Connectivity Components Business Unit (CCBU) to be accountable for successful execution of product development for Mobile WiFi Components RESPONSIBILITIES: The Project Manager (PM) will: Develop project plans, schedules, risks and budgets, aligning business unit goals and customer needs with Design, Engineering, Product Line Management and Quality cross functional teams Drive the execution of programs and work directly with the Product Line Managers to meet schedules and remain in budget while exceeding customer expectations Track Project Milestones, Deliverables, Change requests, Report on status, blockers, critical path, risk mitigation and impacts to project plan Lead cross functional team meetings, facilitate communication- and execution, work with managers to address bottlenecks, resource balancing issues Collaborate with functional managers to address issues and conflicts in the project Drive build plan including ordering, coordination and facilitating prototype builds for sampling and project execution Manage distributed project teams and efficient meeting management according to standards Analyze impact of changes, bottlenecks, issues encountered in the project QUALIFICATIONS: Technical Degree at the Bachelors level is required; Masters and/or MBA desired 8+ years experience working in program/project management required Technical experience (e.g., design, product engineering, applications engineering, etc.) required Experience with project management aspects of PMI: Risks, Mitigation, Schedule, Budget, Supply chain, Readiness Excellent written and verbal communication skills required Ability to coordinate discussions and action plans with internal engineering, operations, and business unit teams required 5 years of experience in the semiconductor, or RF communication components industry required 3 years of experience with RF semiconductors or RF modules preferred Proficient with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Jira, and SAP systems Understanding of Lean concepts or Six Sigma is desired Proven ability to influence and drive internal suppliers and customers and cross-functional teams without formal authority We are an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) / Affirmative Action employer and welcome all qualified applicants.
