Adecco is thrilled to assist one of our top clients in their search for a Material Handler II in CHELMSFORD MA. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a real impact!
Position Details:
Hourly Rate: $ 23.00
Shift: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm.
Type: Temp to hire
As a Material Handler II, you will:
Prepare and meticulously review shipping documents for both domestic and international shipments.
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless communication and addressing inquiries promptly.
Maintain a safe and compliant work environment, adhering to DOT, IATA, GMP, and ISO standards.
Ideal Candidate:
Highly independent, detail-oriented, and exceptionally organized.
Must possess valid DOT and IATA certifications.
Proven experience in domestic and international shipping and compliance.
Proactive and reliable with a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review shipping documents (domestic & international).
Pull and transact materials using ERP system.
Handle hazardous materials, shrink wrap pallets, and cycle count inventory.
Ensure safety and compliance (DOT, IATA, GMP, ISO).
Operate pallet jacks and 2-wheelers.
Preferred Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
Strong understanding of domestic and international shipping procedures.
Proficiency in using ERP systems for inventory management.
Experience in handling and shipping hazardous materials.
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Basic computer and math skills.

Pay Details: $23.00 per hour
