Work Schedule:

l Job Duration- 3 months

l Shift: 1st Shift (Monday to Friday)

Job Description:

l Position is responsible for filling and packaging solution products and accessories using Engineering Documentation and bills of materials.

l Position reports to the supervisor of Chemical Production.

Principle Duties/Responsibilities:

l Assembling and packaging solution products according to drawing specification, obtaining release from Chemical Quality Control to fill or pack according GP40-203.

l Print bill of materials (BOM).

l Quarantine assemblies and work in progress until final release.

l Ordering material from the stock room according to BOM.

l Maintain a clean/organized work area

l Follow safety regulations as outlined in procedures

l Wear appropriate PPE.

l Follow Departmental Procedures (DP) and General Procedures (GP) that are related to the department.

l Fill solution manually while maintaining proper fill levels during the entire operation

l Assist in operation of the automatic filling line.

l Compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices and all appropriate regulations (ISO)

l Other related duties as assigned.

Environmental/Work Conditions:

l Chemical laboratory area with exposure to chemical, mechanical and electrical hazards.

Skill/Ability Required:

l Read and understand Engineering Documentation.

l Ability to lift 50 pounds

Education:

l High School Diploma or GED required

Experience:

l One (1) year of experience in manufacturing environment
