OVERVIEW: We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides / Companion Care Aides. As a HHA/Companion, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to patients in their homes. DUTIES: - Provide assistance with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing - Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques - Monitor and record vital signs - Administer medication reminders - Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment - Assist with medical documentation as needed REQUIREMENTS: - Experience or certification in senior care or patient care is preferred - Knowledge of medical terminology and basic healthcare procedures - Ability to provide catheter care if required - Familiarity with home care practices and protocols - Capability to lift and move patients safely - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow care plans diligently Job Types: Part-time, Per diem Pay: \$17.00 - \$20.00 per hour Expected hours: 4 - 32 per week This is a partial job description.
