Description We are looking for a Financial Project Manager to join our Hi Tech Engineering team in Chelmsford, Massachusetts. This role involves managing financial projects, including interviewing and preparing process documentation for a global manufacturing business. This is a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct interviews with global stakeholders to gather necessary information for financial project management.

• Prepare high-level process workflow documentation based on the interviews conducted.

• Maintain and monitor accounting software systems for accurate financial data.

• Handle accounting and billing functions within the project scope.

• Develop and manage process documentation to ensure consistency and efficiency.

• Utilize shared services and Oracle Cloud in managing financial projects. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Solid understanding of Accounting Functions

• Familiarity with Billing Functions

• Ability to create and maintain Process Documentation

• Experience with Shared Services

• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related field

• Proven experience as a Financial Project Manager in the Hi Tech Engineering industry

• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication and presentation abilities

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously

• High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation

• Strong project management skills including planning, organizing, and coordinating tasks.
