Robert Half Consolidations Manager in Chelmsford, Massachusetts

Description

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Consolidations Manager located in Burlington, Massachusetts. This role is instrumental in the Hi Tech Engineering industry, requiring the consolidation of company financials and assisting with the global implementation of new consolidation tools. The successful candidate will be able to work remotely, demonstrating strong skills in areas such as Financial Consolidation, Corporate Consolidation, Smart View, HFM, and Oracle.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the consolidation of financial statements for the company.

• Assist in the global implementation of new consolidation tools.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

• Utilize tools such as Smart View, HFM, and Oracle for financial management and reporting.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

• Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data for consolidation.

• Analyze financial data and identify trends or issues.

• Report on financial status and risks on a regular basis.

• Work remotely, demonstrating a high level of autonomy and responsibility.

• Continuously seek ways to improve financial processes and efficiencies.

Requirements • Must possess extensive knowledge and experience in Consolidations

• Proficient in Financial Consolidation and Financial Statements Consolidation

• Familiarity with Corporate Consolidation is required

• Expertise in using Smart View software is essential

• Experience with Oracle and HFM software is a plus

• Must have a background in Hi Tech Engineering industry

• Ability to manage and oversee the consolidation of financial data

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Strong leadership skills, with a capacity to inspire and motivate a team

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required

• Advanced degree (MBA, Master's in Finance or Accounting) is a plus

• Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or CFA are highly desirable.
