Job Summary The US Channel Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving channel marketing strategy, tactics and support for select public safety distributor partners in the US. You will work closely with strategic account sales and cross-functional partners to execute channel marketing programs and promotions that will accelerate public safety product portfolio growth and public adoption. You will manage annual & quarterly strategic planning with partners, day-to-day communications with the channels and drive marketing programs, promotions and new products within the public safety portfolio. Essential Functions
Direct and manage all marketing-to-marketing activities between ZOLL and assigned top tier strategic distribution partners, fostering relationships to help drive the business.
Develop and execute the annual marketing plan for each partner and drive quarterly calendars and actions.
Manage, monitor and measure distributor partner marketing strategies and programs, providing regular analytics and recommendations for optimization.
Developing and execute strategic digital and e-commerce content initiatives, including optimization planning to drive channel partner engagement and sales growth.
Own relationships with core marketing stakeholders across distributor accounts. Negotiate and execute supplier investment/co-op marketing programs.
Develop channel marketing strategies in collaboration with the extended marketing team, senior manager and sales. Manage innovation and development of distributor marketing tools while overseeing brand/product positioning and messaging in key segments.
Create and maintain consistent, high-level communications cadence with account to drive partnerships and programs
Create high-impact and engaging presentations and support sales field activities.
Lead special projects and programs that benefit from channel marketing involvement.
Required/Preferred Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree required
7-10 years marketing experience; ideally working with distribution channels
Experience working with annual calendar of monthly programs/promo schedules required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong experience in content development, promotion ideation and working with cross-functional and internal teams.
Self-starter with in-depth knowledge of current channel marketing strategies and techniques.
Experience managing annual/quarterly calendar of programs and promotions
Demonstrated analytical, organizational, negotiation and project management skills
Demonstrated written and oral communications skills, including strong presentation skills
Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration capabilities
Excellent time-management and organizational skills
Advanced ability to drive creativity and innovation
Travel Requirements
Up to 30-40% annually
