The Spa Concierge/Reservationist is responsible for but not limited to: Answering incoming calls and scheduling appointments Welcoming guests to the Spa and checking them in Touring guest through the Spa and sharing information about our amenities Completing the guest check out transaction once their treatment is complete The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality, the willingness to learn and the ability to multi-task.
