CBI Operations, LLC dba Chatham Bars Inn seeks Server Assistants, 24 openings, Temporary full-time positions from 04/01/25 to 11/30/25 in Chatham, MA. Server Assistants: facilitate food service. Clean tables, carry dirty dishes, replace soiled linens, set tables, replenish supply of clean linens, glassware, and dishes; serve water to patrons. Reset tables vacated by previous guests with a manner of urgency that maintains the high quality of guest experience required by hotel standards. Completion of side work on shift including rolling silverware, folding napkins, filling condiments, straightening chairs and tables, and setting centerpieces. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time, and able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. No experience necessary; will train. Employer will guarantee minimum H-2B wage rate of \$17.60 per hour worked. Overtime hours may be available at a rate of \$26.40 per hour. The wages will consist of Massachusetts min. wage, tips and additional employer pay as needed. Generally: min. of 35 hours per week, on average 7 hours per workday and 5 workdays per week. Weekends and holidays required. Various shifts available but normally 6am-1pm, 3pm-10pm or 11pm-6 am daily. Conditions of employment for H2B and U.S. workers: 1. Initial transportation to begin the seasonal/peak employment (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost to workers reimbursed, if the worker completes half the employment period. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Return transportation will be provided if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer. Daily subsistence will be at least \$15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of \$59.00 per day with receipts. 2. H-2B workers will be reimbursed during the first workweek for subsistence, visa, visa processing and related costs, except passport costs, by company check. 3. The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. 4. The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period. 5. Employer will use a single work week for computing wages starting each Sunday at 1200 am and ending Saturday at 1159 pm and the employee will be paid biweekly. 6. Optional, voluntary dormitory style housing available, first come first served while available, at a cost ranging \$180-\$210 per week (not deducted from payroll). 7. All Hired workers (incl. H-2B and U.S.) must complete company application and pass standard background investigation, which is paid for by the employer and conducted after offer and acceptance and prior to commencement of employment. 8. Eligible for health and dental insurance after 60 days of employment. 9. Limited daily transportation offered from arranged lodging. 10. Complimentary duty meals available. 11. Employer will make deductions from workers paycheck required by law. 12. Employees with more experience, or returning employees, may be offered a higher wage rate.
