DUTIES: Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies; Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces); Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff; Answer, report and follow executive or sous chef\'s instructions; Clean up station and take care of leftover food Stock inventory appropriately; Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion; Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards; Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers; *When working on the food truck: Will provide transportation to the different locations/towns on Cape Cod, Barnstable County. Employees will travel on the food truck. SCHEDULE: 35hrs p/wk, 5-workdays p/wk. HOURS: Shift required to work is Monday ? Friday. Generally, from 8am - 4pm and/or 4pm - 10pm but these shifts may vary, must be available on weekends and holidays. Days off vary. WAGE: \$19.52 p/hr., when available overtime is paid at \$29.28 p/hr. This is a tip/gratuity eligible position. Total hourly pay will equal or exceed the Prevailing Wage of \$19.52 p/hr. Each week, credit card and cash tips and gratuities are pooled and allocated amongst eligible employees. Each eligible employee?s tip allocation is based upon hours worked, position and discretionary performance factors supporting the needs of the business. NOTE: food truck credit card and cash tips and service fees are separately pooled and allocated amongst eligible food truck employees for food truck events worked. LOCATION(S): 1. MOM AND POPS BURGERS; 1603 Main St, Chatham, MA 02659 2. APLAYA KITCHEN + Tiki Bar; 483 Main St, Chatham, MA 02633 LODGING: Employer will assist with appropriate housing if needed housing. Rent is expected to be \$180 p/person, p/wk, including utilities and will be payable to the landlord directly. Housing is optional. Transportation is provided by motor vehicle daily from central location to various work sites. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker?s most reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker?s voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least \$15.46 p/day during travel to a maximum of \$59 p/day with receipts. The employer will provide workers all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job, at no charge.
