Town of Chatham Department Assistant - Council on Aging in Chatham, Massachusetts
The Town of Chatham is seeking an organized, friendly, and technologically proficient administrative superstar to become the next Council on Aging (COA) Department Assistant. As a front-facing position, the Assistant is the first face that the public encounters and is an integral part of the team at the COA, providing administrative and clerical support to the department. Under general supervision of the Director of Community Services, the Council on Aging Department Assistant works to ensure that operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate is a team player and will have exemplary customer service skills, the ability to maintain confidentiality and proficiency in computer software including Microsoft Suite, Social Media Platforms, and proprietary software. Experience working with an older adult demographic preferred.
