Chatham Bars Inn Capital Project Administrator in Chatham, Massachusetts

The responsibilities of the Capital Project Administrator include but are not limited to: overseeing all financial aspects of capital projects management. Additional responsibilities include: Reviewing and ensuring receipt of all applicable contracts to ensure they meet Capital Property requirements Ensure receipt of accurate Lien Waivers when necessary Review and ensure receipt of accurate Certificate of Insurance as applicable Create Purchase orders and ensure all required backup is received and stored Address budget revisions or change orders as needed Process all contracts and other forms necessary thru the DocuSign Software process. Preparing, getting approvals and working with the lender on monthly FF&E Reserve Draws Working closely with management team on the financial timeliness of the capital process Input approved invoices with contract information for timely payment Works closely with the Director of Finance to ensure financial objectives by forecasting requirements; assisting in preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures (cash flow); analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions Performs various other duties as assigned to meet business objectives Requirements: Superior organizational and communication skills Proficient in a computerized job cost system Ability to perform high quality job standards with attention to detail, creativity, efficiency and accuracy. Ability to work well under pressure, be a clear thinker, remains calm and resolve problems using good judgement Must possess the ability to prioritize, organize and follow through in order to meet deadlines and production schedules
